Set Up Your New Login Credentials

The Ontario Association of Optometrists has recently upgraded its membership database to improve your experience. As part of this update, we’re moving all members and practices to a new login system.

To continue, please input your username to identify your account. You will then input an email and a new, secure password you will use for future logins.

This new password must be at least twelve (12) characters long and include one uppercase letter, one number and one special character.  Avoid common phrases or using personal or account information.
